Holiday Schedule Changes

Hey guys - just wanted to make sure that everyone checks the online schedule before heading off to the studio. There have been a number of changes to course offerings since the April schedule was printed. Hope everyone has a peaceful and happy spring vacation.

Schedule Changes

We are making a change to the April Calendar: after tomorrow, 8 pm classes will be only be offered on Sunday and Tuesday. Also, this Thursday we will not have any morning class. Please refer to our schedule for up to date information.

Looking for Meditation?

We are offering a 20 minute Guided Meditation on Wednesday between 7:30 – 7:50. Meditation is the art of silencing the mind. It’s an attempt to be fully present in the moment and free our minds of attachments. One important facet of yoga is that it prepares our bodies to meditate. Often the aches and pains of sitting in one place are enough to distract our minds. In many cases the physical exertion of a yoga class is what enables the willingness and desire to take a moment of rest. This meditation was designed to flow seamlessly from the preceding yoga class. But of course there are no restrictions or obligations.

The Guided Meditations are offered free of charge

New Classes Opening

Morning Classes
We will now be offering a morning class seven days a week. The new classes are:
• Tuesday: 10AM - Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
• Wednesday: 10AM - Sonali's Wednesday morning class is no longer at 9 AM, it will now start at 10 AM
• Friday: 10AM - Hatha with Yara


Evening Classes
We are pleased to welcome back our 8PM classes, which will be offered Sun-Wed
• Sun: 8PM – Vinyasa with Sue
• Mon: 8PM - Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
• Tues: 8PM– Vinyasa with Sue
• Wed: 8PM- Strength and Flexibility with Lulwa
